This route takes us east to Oswego and back, generally following the Seaway Trail and the route of the LOL 1000k. This section has mild rollers, but no killer climbs. We pass completely through Oswego, giving us plenty of opportunities for a lunch stop. Along the way, we visit Sodus Point, Wolcott and Fairhaven, often in view of Lake Ontario, and never far from it.
